Onyinye is an IP and Entertainment law Consultant for Blackburn Legal and leads the Intellectual Property/Entertainment law department. She is a tech savvy and innovative attorney, with excellent drafting and reviewing skills. She is well renowned for her exemplary work in contract drafting and review and is rated highly within the media and communications law sector.

In the course of her practice, Onyinye has developed key corporate governance policies and rendered legal advisory services to various companies and individuals in several industries such as insurance, telecommunications, banking, entertainment, oil and gas, consulting and human resources.

Onyinye has also been involved in various IP training and notably served as an instructor at copyright training sessions for a renowned Insurance Company in Nigeria; as well as at the training session on the importance of Chain of Title at the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2017. She actively participated in the 2016 and 2017 International Trademark Association Annual Conferences.

Onyinye has been awarded with a certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for a General Course on Intellectual Property; and with a CopyrightX certificate from the Harvard Law School. She is also a contributor to the World Bank Doing Business Reports.
