Our team

Bunmi heads the Corporate/Commercial division of the Firm. She is
also the Firm’s Human Capital Manager. She obtained her LL.B
degree from Birmingham City University and has a Masters degree
in International Business and Commercial Law from the University
of Manchester. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and
an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators of Nigeria. She also has a Diploma in Human
Resources and People Analytics from the Moscow institute of
Physics and Technology.

Her experience covers both Corporate and Private practice. Bunmi
has acted as the Company Secretary of Ikeja Hotel Plc (owner of
Sheraton Lagos) and has consulted as Human Capital Manager to several companies.
