Olajumoke Apatapiti is a Tax consultant and leads the Tax department of the firm. She has managed the countless delivery of various International tax planning projects and a wide number of tax related transactions on behalf of multinational clients in the field of Oil and Gas, Oil Servicing and Consumer Products Retail sectors. She has over the years, contributed and developed cutting edge solutions, monitored the constantly evolving Nigerian tax legislations and identified innovative opportunities emanating from the tax regime.

Olajumoke is a certified Chartered Tax Practitioner and has rendered tax advisory and compliance services to multinationals and indigenous clients in various industries. In the course of her work experience, Olajumoke has built and maintained strong professional relationships with the Nigerian tax authorities which places her in a prime position for speedy and effective resolution of tax disputes that inevitably leads to huge cost savings for clients.

Prior to consulting for Blackburn Legal, Olajumoke practiced in Hamzat Subair & Co, after which she proceeded to join Messrs WTS ADEBIYI & Associates (now known as ATL) where she rose to become the Head of Finance/Account. She was also a Manager at Osborne Tax – a tax advisory firm, and was employed as the Chief Financial officer, Afro Tourism West Africa.

She has a B.Sc. in Accounting, Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standard, CERT IFRS (ACCA-UK). She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
