Abisola Ogunbadejo is a Legal Consultant for Blackburn. She is a regional and
international lawyer with years of considerable experience in Aviation, Project
Finance, Construction & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, IP, Debt Recovery
and Dispute Resolution.
Abisola is experienced in negotiating, drafting and reviweing complex
commercial contracts, preparing case strategies, legal opinions, conducting
legal research and representing clients in court.
Abisola was among the team of lawyers who participated in the decongestion
of cases at the Lagos State High Court, an initiative set up by the Chief Justice
of Lagos State of Nigeria aimed at streamlining case management at the Lagos
State High Court.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship
Management (ACIRM), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,
(ACIArb) and trained in the use of FIDIC Construction of Contracts Books.

Abisola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
